The services described on this website, including but not limited to architectural consultations, design studies, renderings, and related professional advice, are subject to change without notice. Final services will be defined in a signed written agreement between you and Michael M. Raphael.

3. Consultations and Engagements

Submitting a request for a free or paid consultation does not create a client–architect relationship.

An official engagement begins only after both parties sign a written agreement outlining the scope of services, fees, and responsibilities. Free consultations may be conducted virtually or in person within 100 miles of Lynchburg, VA, and are subject to availability.

4. Licensure

Michael M. Raphael is licensed to practice architecture in ME, MD, NC, VA, AL, and FL, and can obtain licensure in other states through the NCARB reciprocity process. All services are performed in accordance with applicable state licensing laws.

5. Intellectual Property

All text, images, renderings, designs, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Michael M. Raphael, unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written permission.
